KIDS MINISTRY ADMINISTRATOR

To assist the Deacon of Kids with administration, communication, and volunteer management. 

This individual will partner with the Deacon of Kids to assist in administrative priorities to support the Deacon of Kids. Responsibilities include helping with various administrative tasks, coordinating bi-annual volunteer recruitment campaigns, including helping to refine policies, trainings, and other tasks as needed. Additionally, this role will oversee effective communication with parents and the congregation through newsletters and other written materials.  

YOUTH PASTOR / DIRECTOR

To guide middle and high school students into an experience of the renewed life Jesus offers, made tangible through the care, joy, and community of the youth group and its leaders.

To create a youth group environment that bridges family and church, guiding students through the transitional middle and high school years. This vision comes to life through weekly gatherings, meaningful winter and summer camps, and, most importantly, a consistent relational space where connection and growth thrive with Christ at the center. Alongside this, the role extends to supporting parents as the primary disciplers, offering encouragement and practical help as they navigate this significant season with their kids.
